UKCH Points is our loyalty programme — a small thank-you for shopping with us. Create a free account, shop as normal, and points are added automatically once your order has been paid for and shipped.

Every £1 spent earns you 1 point, credited once your order ships.

Earning points
When viewing your basket you’ll see a prompt like “If you proceed to checkout, you will earn 8 UKCH Points.” The rule is simple:
- £1 spent = 1 point. Points are calculated on the order subtotal and credited after your order has been shipped.
- No expiry under normal use. Keep shopping and keep building your balance.
- Bonus points: During giveaways or promotions we may credit extra points directly to your account — you’ll see them in your transaction log.
Redeeming at checkout
You can spend your points on any future order, up to a maximum of 10% of the order total. We cap the discount to keep the programme sustainable and fair for everyone.
Example: On a £60 order, the maximum points discount is £6 — so 600 points gets you the full 10% off.
Tracking your balance
Your full points history — earned, spent, and any adjustments — is available any time:
- Go to My Account.
- Open the UKCH Points section to see your live balance and every transaction.
Refunds & fair use
When an order is refunded, the points earned from that order are deducted from your balance — so the ledger stays accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend participation in the programme where we detect abuse or exploitation of the loyalty scheme. Accounts found to be exploiting the system may have their points adjusted or their loyalty participation blocked.
