To commemorate the 50^th anniversary of Concorde in 2019, a stunning British Isles 50p Coin Set was issued.

Each of the three coins in The 50th Anniversary of Concorde 50p Set have been struck to a Brilliant Uncirculated finish – the finish preferred by collectors.  

Each reverse features a specially commissioned engraved design of Concorde, by artist Andrew Harris:

• Runway – The unmistakable outline of Concorde as it rumbles along the runway
• Take-off – Concorde soaring into the air shortly after take-off
• Flight – Concorde cruising at supersonic speed

Importantly, this is the only way to own all three of these coins. The ‘Runway’ and ‘Flight’ designs were never made available to purchase individually.

The 50p coin has rapidly become the British Isles’ most collectable coin, spurred on by the incredible success of recent releases. These last remaining Concorde 50ps won’t be available for much longer.
